10. Miranda Otto (42) Born December 16, 1967 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Mostly known for playing Éowyn, the kings daughter who fell in love with Aragorn in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and The Return of the King. Miranda Otto also acted in movies such as The 13th Floor, What Lies Beneath, Flight of the Phoenix, War of the Worlds, The Starter Wife, Cashmere Mafia and In Her Skin.
Otto married actor Peter O’Brien in January of 2003 and gave birth to daughter Darcey two years later. Miranda was actually pregnant with Darcey while she was filming War of the Worlds, which almost cost her the part.

Kidman first married Tom Cruise in 1990 with whom she adopted a daughter, Isabella Jane, and a son, Connor Anthony. They separated in 2001. Kidman married country singer Keith Urban in 2006 and had their first daughter, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, on July 7, 2008.

I am bit surprised at this list, good and all as it is, but the surprise is that it hasn’t included 3 other really brilliant and of course hot Australian actresses from T.V or Film, all 3 are from the same show, Claudia Black, Gigi Edgley & Raelee Hill, they’re well know for their characters, Aeryn Sun, Chiana and Sikouzu, all 3 are also hottest actresses ever seen on screen, even if some would say one or two out of the 3 of them are more so but it doesn’t matter to me because I love them anyway, if you get my drift.
I wasn’t aware Claudia Black was Australian, I loved her in Stargate, but I’ve never heard of the other two…

Good list, beautiful women… But I’m still trying to find Teresa Palmer and Nicky Whelan? Palmer starred in movies such as bedtime stories, the sorcerers apprentice, take me home tonight and I am number 4. Whelan, has starred in the new hit hall pass, she is by far the most gorgeous woman I have ever seen.
NICOLE KIDMAN should be #1, she is one of the most beautiful women in the world. She is PERFECTION. The only other ones I have heard of is Naomi and Portia, they are beautiful, but don’t compare to NICOLE.
Yvonne Strahovski is one of the most beautiful aussies in the Hollywood business. That women resembles an angel.She should be number 1 considering her beauty and talents as an formidable actress.

Carl, Gigi Edgley & Raelee Hill’s only show I recognized was Farscape which ended in 2003, so not famous enough. Australianlover, Nicky Whelan only did one known movie and she is also not known enough.
