David Boreanez In Another Sex Scandal, Is His Hottness Going Down For You Too?

It seems that my favorite hottie is involved in another sex scandal and is being sued for sexual misconduct. The plaintiff is a Bones extra named Kristina Hagan and she has the help of celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred (of course). According to the suit documents, on Sept. 9, 2009, Boreanez offered to give Hagan a ride, claiming he wants to help find her find the right role and that he can “Make things happen for her.”

Then, he allegedly drove her to a nearby park and tried to have his way with her. In these words exactly: “[David] attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away, [He then] unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated”. And at this point she didn’t think to get out of the car and start running? What did she do, watch? “He subsequently pushed himself on top of her, and when he tried to put his hand down her pants and touch her, she pushed him off of her.” After all that, on Sept. 29, he supposedly tried to put the moves on her in his trailer. Wait a second… I don’t know about you, but if I was sexually assaulted by this dude in his car, the odds of me walking into his trailer and slim to none.  That seems kinda fishy to me.

Boreanez’s rep made a statement to E! news, claiming “The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd, there is no validity to this lawsuit”.  I think I’m with them on this one, something is just not adding up to me.

According to Gloria Allred, Kristina Hagan is “An actress who is working toward her goals, but who like many  other actresses, has not yet been able to achieve them”. So listen, who am I to say that this whole shebang didn’t happen? I have no way of knowing that. But you know what this statement says to me? “Kristina Hagan is a small time extra that hasn’t had much luck in Hollywood so she thought maybe I can ride this sexual harassment suit all the way to the bank and get famous in the process! Of course everyone will believe me… I’m a little catholic school girl attacked by the big bad David Boreanez, plus he just announced he has been cheating on his wife… Perfect!”

David Boreanez just doesn’t seem like a dangerous sexual predator to me. Of course it is possible I am blind to the idea since I have been smitten by him for many years. But as I mentioned in the title… he is kind of losing his glow to me at this point.

Lost Finale Was Very Disappointing

I may have not dedicated six whole years to this show but that didn’t make me any less pissed off after watching the four hour finale. Back when the show started, I was a bit of a party girl and unfortunately didn’t watch much TV. When I finally found out about the show a few years later, I was in the sit at home and watch movies and shows online stage and so I caught up on the first 4 seasons in about two weeks. Needless to say, I was hooked.

Four seasons later, I am sitting here and I am still stumped. We were all waiting for this amazing conclusion that will explain everything, including the reason why we’ve all been watching this show for the last six years. The finale didn’t answer any questions, big or small. Some dedicated fans were very upset at the writers of Lost, saying they have been patiently analyzing every single episode and patiently waiting for the answers, only to see an ending that was lazy, empty and completely wrong. I agree.  The last season was the imaginary? What? And even if it was, I haven’t waited 6 seasons for them to die and go to heaven. I wanted them to get off the damn island and live a happy life, or stay on the island, I don’t care, but live dammit. In case you are confused, apparently the whole “flash sideways” that shows the characters living the life they would have lived if the plain never crashed , only with a few weird twists like Jack having a son and Sawyer being a cop, was actually the midway before they passed on which they created themselves. They needed to remember the people that were important in their lives and deal with the issues that haunted them through out their lives, so that they can let go and move on in peace.

Even worse was the fact that the scene in the church was like years in the future from the final island scene. Hurley and Ben already ruled the island for Lord knows how long and now they are dead and Ben is going to heaven? HA! Crucial characters of the last few seasons however were no where to be seen. What happened to Lapidus and Miles? When did Penny die? Why was Claire’s baby dead??? I can’t, this is too much. Finale scene aside, I’ve got a few more questions. What made the numbers, “THE numbers”? Where did the Dharma initiative come in to play? What was with all the island rules, like who could heal (Locke and Rose), who can kill who, who can leave the island and who can talk to who. What connection did the island even have with the outside world? Unfortunately all those questions and many more might never be answered.

There is one question however I can answer, according to the Times, an ABC spokesperson said the following about the wreckage images shown at the end of the episode.”The images shown during the end credits of the Lost finale, which included shots of Oceanic 815 on a deserted beach, were not part of the final story but were a visual aid to allow the viewer to decompress before heading into the news. The images were not added by the producers of Lost but by ABC itself.” Wow, thanks for that, I indeed feel decompressed.

FlashForward and Happy Town Cancelled? Stop Cancelling My Shows People!

This is honestly getting kind of annoying. You give me a show, I get into it and then you sweep it out from under my feet and like an ugly rug on Design Star, it’s just not right. The first one to go was FlashForward. For those of you who are not familiar with FlashForward, on October 6, 2009 the whole world “passed out” for 2 minutes and 17 seconds. While they were out, they saw a possible future 6 months ahead, a future some of them were looking forward to and some were trying to avoid at all costs. The show was meant to emulate the mega popular show Lost, by it’s global mystery and action packed episodes. It seems that the possible future they should have seen was unemployment. Some of FlashForward’s main characters were actually from Lost, like Charlie and Penny but it looks like even that couldn’t save it. After the series debuted on September 24th with 12.47 million viewers, it has been steadily dropping a few million each week. Bummer.

Second shocker – About an hour ago I turned on ABC (see a pattern) to see the 4th episode of one of my new favorite shows, Happy Town and surprise me not ABC,Happy Town was gone. Happy Town tells the story of a little town in Minnesota called Haplin where mysterious things seems to happen. People disappeared as if from thin air at the hands of “the magic man” and every one in Happy Town had a secret worth killing over. The season premiere of Happy Town drew only 5.2 million viewers and has been dropping every week since. At this point in time, Happy Town has not been technically canceled,  ABC plans on airing the rest of the episodes, since they  already paid for  them, starting in June. It means that there is still a chance ABC could pick up more episodes of Happy Town but the odds are stacked against the creepy residents of Haplin. I won’t cross my fingers if you won’t.

NCIS Probee Timothy McGee Welcomes Second Child Into The World

sean-murrayNo, it’s not what you think, Abbey and McGee did not come together to create one forensics solving, bad guy catching super baby. The real McGee, Sean Murray, just welcomed his second child, son River James Murray, with his wife of five years, Carrie James. Sean and Carrie (Who’s a teacher), were married in 2005 and had their first daughter, Caitlyn Melissa Murray, on May 3, 2007. Almost four years later, River James Murray was born on April 22, 2010.

Murray, who plays Timothy McGee on the CBS hit show NCIS, is no stranger to family even on the set. His brother, Chad W. Murray, is a producer on NCIS and his stepsister, Troian Bellisario, played his sister Sarah McGee on NCIS.

And for anyone who is wondering, “probee” is not a real word, YET. When I looked up probee in UrbanDictionary.com, I got the definition for a Junior Enlisted Warrior, or in short, J.E.W. This term was brought in to use by the United States Marine Corps in mid 2008. The term was to be used as a substitute for the “supposed” derogatory term used for new Marines before – Boot.

Kiefer Sutherland Has Been a Bad Bad Boy

Keifer-Sutherland-drunk-in-LondonIt seems that Kiefer Sutherland, born Kiefer William Fredrick Dempsey George Rufus Sutherland (No joke), has a bit of that “Save the stripper – save the world” complex. During a recent visit to London, Sutherland was seen stumbling down the street shirtless around the wee hours of Thursday morning.

So let’s go back in time and see what led him to this fine state. Earlier that night, the 24 star was seen downing five glasses of wine in a two-hour span at the Covent Garden Hotel Bar. Following his wine “binge”, Sutherland was driven to a nearby strip club called Stringfellow’s Gentleman’s Club around 2 a.m., where a source for the NYDailyNews said “he went bananas, shouting nonsense and dancing.” Right after the news broke out and pictures of a drunk Kiefer being escorted out of the club by the bouncers, the owner of the club Peter Stringfellow (Gotta love that name) decided to do some damage control and made the following statement on the company blog:

“Around about 3:15 a.m. [Sutherland] decided it would be very funny to take his shirt off. When it was explained to him very gently that that was the job of the girls and not the customers he burst out laughing, his friend thought that this would be a good time for them to go home.”  At which time they proceeded to walk outside the joint. “One of the photos in the [newspaper] looks like my security guys got Kiefer in a headlock. That is NOT the case, they were just helping him into his car. Kiefer had slipped and the doorman tried to catch him and at the same time keep the photographers from taking photos.”

But that’s not where the story ends. Apparently after Sutherland finally got home, he was seen falling to his knees in the gutter outside his hotel giggling uncontrollably. This adventurous night was not the first and probably not the last for Jack Bauer and I can’t wait to see what he does next. Damn the man.

Olivia Dunham and Christopher Chance Are Dunzo

Anna-Torv-and-Mark-ValleyOk, so this little piece of information I knew nothing about. Turns out that Anna Torv, who plays FBI special agent Olivia Dunham in Fringe, and Mark Valley, who played John Scott on Fringe and now stars as Christopher Chance in Human Target, are ending their short-lived marriage. What??? I didn’t even know they were together… this is insane.

Looks like Torv and Valley dated for a few months while they were working together but kept their relationship so down low, that even their co-stars didn’t know they were dating.

According to E!’s sources, agent Dunham and Christopher Chance tied the knot in a small private ceremony right around Christmas of 2008 (And Mark’s 45th birthday). But just like any other celebrity couple that got married within a few moths of dating, their time is now up.

Unfortunately for Human Target and Fringe fans, this surprise marriage ended just as fast [and quietly] as it began. Reportedly, the happy couple went their separate ways a few months ago and didn’t tell a soul.

Is anyone else really sad about this? I mean, if two tall, blond, beautiful, talented, kick ass actors can’t make it work… is there any hope for the rest of us? I know I know, I too secretly wished for Christopher Chance and that chick that almost married Charlie Sheen in Two and a Half Men to end up together. Dunham and Joshua Jackson on the other hand are totally the wrong couple casting in my opinion.

The Beautiful Life Is… Beautiful!

the-beautiful-life-cast-photo1

Tis the season for new shows and they are all competing for best new show status. It’s hard to decide what to watch, especially when most of these shows are on at the same time. Well I’m here to help you out with this major decision… The Beautiful Life! It’s a must watch. The Beautiful Life tells the story of a group of young models trying to make it in the big city (New York that is). The parties, the lying, the scheming and the love story all make you want to come back for more of this lovely new addiction of a show.

Who are we looking at here? The two young lovers, (Well not yet but it looks like the romance is creeping up)  Raina and Chris, are played by Sara Paxton and Benjamin Hollingsworth. Rayna is a young model on her way to the top who unfortunately for her (But fortunately for us on the drama scale) has a dark past and a bad ass sounding father in jail. Chris on the other hand is just a small town boy from Iowa who accidentally turned a NY family vacation into the beginning of a  fabulous modeling career. Though he keeps getting screwed over by groping agents and scary photographers, he keeps trying to stay. If not for the desire not to become like his father then at least for the girl.  And then there’s the girl who was born to play a bad girl model, Mischa Barton , who plays Sonja. Sonja was always the top model in the city, but after the 6 month break she took to have a secret baby (Which is kinda weird since I could have sworn it takes 9 months), her popularity has crashed and burned.

Another familiar face on the show is that of the head of the modeling agency which employs all these brats and that would be the face of Elle Macpherson. Elle plays the caring yet tough yet out for herself former supermodel Claudia Foster. Of course there can’t be a show without the  bitchy British girl, the drug dealer, the pretty boy, the cougar, the Russian mob and last but not least High School Musical’s own Corbin Bleu who plays Isaac Taylor, the DJ wannabe [can't get a job unless I sleep my way to the top] model.

There’s nothing more I can tell you. Not because I don’t want to tell you but because I don’t know myself. Though I’m definitely dying to find out…

Well looks like I’m not going to get a chance to find out because unfortunately the Ashton Kutcher produced show was officially canceled on Friday after only two episodes… too bad, I really liked it!

Zooey and Emily Deschanel are sisters!

emily-zooey2

So I’m sure this is a known fact to a lot of people, but to me this came as a pleasant surprise as I watched two of my favorite actresses and started noticing how alike they are. I decided to do some research, the first clue was the fact that they have the same last name! I was convinced. And when thoughts about my first blog came about, the first story that came to mind was the one of these two beautiful and talented women, so let me begin.

Emily Deschanel, born October 11th, 1976 in Los Angeles, California (only 6 days after me…and 6 years before me) to actress Mary Jo Deschanel and cinematographer / Director Caleb Deschanel, after receiving her Bachelors of fine arts in Theater from Boston University she made her debut in the 1994 movie “It Could Happen To You” along side Nicholas Cage and Bridget Fonda.

With a few major films under her belt such as “The Alamo”(2003) with Billy Bob Thornton and Dennis Quaid, “Spiderman 2”(2004) with Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst, “Boogeyman” (2005) with Lucy Lawless ( Xena…I love that show), “Glory Road” (2006) with Josh Lucas and Tatiana Ali ( Ashley from the Fresh Prince), and even a few Television guest appearances on show like “Crossing Jordan”, “Providence”, and “Law & Order: SVU” all led her to the amazing show that made her a television icon -“Bones” along side the hottest man alive (according to me) David Boreanez (profile to come).

Emily plays the brilliant and extremely calculated forensic anthropologist – Temperance Brennan, who works at the Jeffersonian Institute in Washington, DC and dabbles in writing mystery – murder novels based on her full time job (that even led to real murders in one of the episodes). With her partner FBI Agent Sealy Booth (David Boreanez) and her team of “squints” as Booth likes to call them, they solve the most mysterious cases by carefully examining skeletal remains and giving the victims a story. This is one of my favorite shows so please check it out Thursdays at 8 on FOX.

Zooey Deschanel, born January 17th, 1980 in Los Angeles, to obviously the same parents as Emily. Zooey decided to follow in the footsteps of her family of actors after graduating from CaliforniaCrossroads High school in Santa Monica, California.

Much like her older sister, Zooey also managed to collect a healthy list of movies to her bio starting with her claim to fame “Almost Famous” with the amazing Kate Hudson, “The Good Girl” (2002) with Jennifer Aniston, “Elf” (2003) with Will Ferrell, “The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy” (2005), one of my favorite movies “Failure to Launch” with Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew McConaughey where I first noticed her – how to kill a mocking bird ; “there’s a guide? One copy, right here” hahaha brilliant, and her 2008 success in “The Happening” with Mark Walberg and “Yes Man” with the ridiculously hysterical Jim Carrey.

Recently Zooey became engaged to “Death Cab for Cutie” Ben Gibbard. These too amazing actresses are extremely talented no matter what role they take so I guess it runs in the family…
