I was always a fan of country music, but now more then ever I have found myself liking and listening to more and more songs and country artists. I’m pretty sure I’m not alone in this as country music artists have really hit Hollywood by storm. This year at the Country Music Awards, we saw a lot of amazingly dressed people and some that were just Ok, in my book, the winner has to be Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher, they were (and are) absolutely stunning.

It’s happening!!! The stars of one of the most iconic movies in all of history are reuniting for a very special musical tribute for two charities close to their hearts. It’s been almost 35 years since they appeared in Grease and yet John Travolta and Olivia Newton John still look just as adorable as ever (Olivia better than John, but who’s nitpicking).

We Are Young is the first single from American band Fun’s second studio album Some Nights. The music video, directed by Marc Klasfeld and filmed at David Sukonick Concert Hall in Los Angeles, opens with a girl (played by Rachel Antonoff, the sister of band’s guitarist Jack Antonoff and girlfriend of lead singer Ruess) sending a text message that says “NOW!”, signaling to begin a flash mob. This week’s Top Video Monday is a bit far off from the videos I normally write about, in that I don’t actually like the video. But today represents my return to working out, now that we’ve settled in to our new house in Connecticut. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve worked out and this song really gets me going, so if I have to feature a video with more sweaty people dancing and grinding all over each other than in a Britney Spears video, so be it.

One More Night is the very latest single from American pop group Maroon 5, released June 19th, 2012, from their upcoming fourth studio album, Overexposed. In the video, Maroon 5′s lead singer (and The Voice coach), Adam Levine, plays a guy trying to support his girlfriend, played by actress Minka Kelly, and their baby, with his boxing career. Shiri Maimon is an Israeli singer, TV show host and actress. She was born in Haifa, Israel to a father of Tunisian and Greek background and a Moroccan mother, both Jewish refugees from Arab countries. After performing with the Israeli Air Force entertainment troupe and working as a singer/bartender in Eilat, Maimon was finally discovered in 2003 on the Israeli reality singing competition, Kokhav Nolad, and ended up placing as the first runner-up.
